An operator account is a username and a password hash. We do not ask for an email address, a phone number or a document, so we do not hold one. That is also why there is no password reset link.
An order holds what an exchange needs to work: which coins, how much, the deposit address, the payout address and the status. Those addresses are erased on a schedule once an order has ended; the row is kept without them so an operator's history and invoices still add up.
The platform never asks a customer for a name, an email address, an identity document or a selfie, so none of those exist in the system to be leaked, sold or handed over.
Some orders are opened at a liquidity partner, which necessarily receives the payout address and the amount. The rest are settled entirely by us and nothing about them leaves the platform. We do not send a customer's IP address or browser details to anyone.
The storefronts are served without an access log, so the pages a visitor viewed are not recorded.
